Besides Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & English Translation. With over 20 years of experience in Corporate Governance & Board Affairs.
Previously, he served as Board Secretary of ARDARA Development Company-PIF Subsidiary, from June 2022 to Mar 2026, before that he was working as Board Secretary General & Subsidiary Governance Head for Alakaria Real Estate Company, from June 2019 till May 2022. Before that he was working for STC Group as Board Relations Section Manager - STC Subsidiaries, in addition to that he holds professional Certification in Governance & Board Affairs.
