His Excellency Fahad Abduljalil Al Saif

His
Excellency is one of the Kingdom's distinguished executive leaders, with a
professional career spanning nearly 27 years in the financial and government
sectors. His career culminated in the issuance of a Royal Order appointing him
as Minister of Investment on 12 February 2026, where he oversees the national
efforts to enhance the investment environment and develop the National
Investment Strategy. His Excellency possesses extensive strategic and
cumulative experience in the fields of finance, public debt management, and
leading major investments. He has held several key leadership positions, most
notably leading global investment and financing strategies at the Public
Investment Fund (PIF), and founding and serving as Chairman of the National
Debt Management Center at the Ministry of Finance. These achievements were
built upon the solid banking experience he acquired during his tenure at the
Saudi British Bank (SAB) and HSBC. In addition to his executive
responsibilities, His Excellency also plays a pivotal role in the governance of
giga-projects in support of achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
His Excellency currently serves as:

of the Board of the Saudi Investment Promotion Authority (SIPA).
−Chairman
of the Board of the Economic Cities and Special Zones Authority (ECZA).
−Supervisor
General of the Private Sector Partnership Reinforcement Program (Shareek)
Center.

Member of the Public Investment Fund (PIF).

Member of NEOM Company.
−Board
Member of the King Salman International Airport Development Company.
−Board
Member of the Insurance Authority.

Member of the Royal Commission for Riyadh City.

His Excellency has held several
