A Board Member of the Insurance Authority since 2024, he holds an ACA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales, and a BA in Engineering Science with First Class Honour from Oxford University. Mr. Nicolaos is experienced executive of 30 years in Financial Services including 20 years of leading strategic, operational and finance transformation across the UK, Europe, Asia and the US. Most recent experience was as a CEO and CFO of Prudential PLC, which involved growing and transforming Prudential’s business in Asia and Africa. He holds the position currently the CFO of an (Phoenix) international group.
