Mr. Saleh Nasser Al Omair

Mr. Saleh Al‑Omair has been a Board Member of the Insurance Authority since 2024, and is the Chairman of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee as well as a member of the Executive Committee. He holds a Master's degree in Change Management from Swansea University in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida in the United States. He brings extensive experience in insurance and business management. He is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of the National Center for Health Insurance Standards (NCHIS). He has led significant administrative transformations in several prominent companies, including Tawuniya Insurance and Amana Insurance Companies. He has also been an active board member at Yaqeen Capital and previously served as Chairman of the Board of Nayifat Finance Company. Earlier in his career, he contributed to enhancing work efficiency during his tenure as Training & HR and Organization Manager at STC.
