Due to the implementation of the ongoing maintenance work on the
electronic services provided by the General Secretariat of Insurance Committees
under the Insurance Authority, we would like to inform you that the electronic
services offered through the website of the General Secretariat,
www.idc.gov.sa, will be temporarily suspended starting from Tuesday, May 21,
2024, at 4:00 PM until Thursday, May 23, 2024, at 10:00 PM.
The Authority clarifies that beneficiaries can still access all the
services provided by the General Secretariat of Insurance Committees by
visiting one of its branches in Riyadh, Dammam, or Jeddah, where the concerned
parties will provide the services.
Alternatively, inquiries can be made via email at Disp@ia.gov.sa. The
Authority invites all beneficiaries of the services provided by the General
Secretariat of Insurance Committees who wish to get further information to
communicate with the General Secretariat via email at Disp@ia.gov.sa, in order
to answer all your inquiries and questions.
