The Insurance Authority announces the licensing of "Eltizam
Electronic Brokerage Company" for its official launch, and "Wazin
Electronic Insurance Brokerage Company” for a pilot launch, to engage in
electronic insurance brokerage activities. This step aligns with the
Authority's role in supporting and empowering the insurance sector.
It regulates the industry and enhances its effectiveness
and, it aims to enable and encourage innovation in the insurance services
provided and to ensure access to insurance services for all segments of
society, believing in the importance of insurance in driving progress and
growth in the insurance sector.
The Authority seeks to be a leader in technical
empowerment to improve the quality of services within its stated objectives for
the development of the industry following the directions of the Kingdom's
Vision 2030.
The Insurance Authority also recognizes the importance of
developing and improving systems and becoming a market based on modern
technologies; These technologies contribute to achieving the desired
objectives, including automation of processes, improvement of customer
experience, as well as facilitating the process of comparing quotations and
coverage provided, and accelerating document issuance procedures. The Insurance
