sign language, aimed at facilitating direct and effective access for
individuals with hearing disabilities to insurance services. This initiative is
part of the Authority’s ongoing efforts to promote inclusivity and provide
innovative solutions that ensure access to services for all groups without
discrimination, thus improving the customers' experience and enhancing the quality
of services provided.
This service enables beneficiaries with hearing impairments to
communicate instantly with the Authority through its digital platforms,
allowing them to receive necessary information and guidance, as well as
facilitating the completion of their insurance transactions in a smooth and
simplified way. The initiative relies on the latest digital technologies that
enhance effective communication channels, contributing to improving service
levels and achieving beneficiaries' satisfaction.
The Authority emphasized that the launch of this service aligns with its
strategy to adopt digital transformation and develop insurance services in line
with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, which prioritizes empowering individuals with
disabilities and ensuring their easy access to various services. This step also
contributes to increasing institutional efficiency by providing a modern and

Insurance Authority called on all beneficiaries with hearing impairments to
