The Insurance Authority announces
the lifting of the suspension imposed on Al Yamama Insurance Brokerage Company,
allowing the company to resume its operations effective on Wednesday 16 April
2025. This follows the Authority’s previous announcement dated 15 October 2024,
which stated the suspension of the company from practicing its insurance
brokerage activities.
The decision to lift the
suspension comes after the company addressed the violations cited against it
and demonstrated full compliance with the relevant regulatory standards and
requirements. The Authority affirms that it will continue to closely monitor the
company to ensure the sustainability of the corrective measures taken.
