In a pioneering step towards the future, the Insurance Authority
announces the automation of several vehicle insurance services and traffic
accident follow-ups, as part of its ongoing efforts to improve the experience
of beneficiaries of the insurance sector, which in turn will contribute to
enhancing efficiency in the services provided by the sector system.
This project launched by Najm comes in the context of the Authority’s
keenness to develop the insurance sector keeping pace with technological
progress while making it easier for beneficiaries and achieving the goals of
Vision 2030 in digital transformation.
Najm launched a number of digital services; Including reporting traffic
accidents and conducting inspections in an integrated digital manner, with the
service of submitting claims related to traffic accidents in an easy and quick
manner, and following them up through the Najm application and website, which
will reflect positively on reducing the congestion that may be caused by some
traffic accidents, and ensuring the well-being of the beneficiaries by
obtaining Digital services in their places. In all its development operations
in the insurance sector, the Insurance Authority targets insurance policy
holders and beneficiaries, as it works to provide a different experience that
enhances the experience of beneficiaries of insurance coverage and increases their
level of satisfaction.
The Insurance Authority emphasizes its constant endeavor to develop the
insurance sector and enhance its services in a way that suits the needs and
aspirations of beneficiaries, with a focus on increasing the quality of life of
beneficiaries and providing all facilities to them.
