The Insurance Authority has announced the licensing of “Tadamon Takaful Insurance Brokerage" to practice insurance brokerage activities. This step aligns with the Authority's role in supporting and enabling the insurance sector as the entity responsible for regulating insurance activities and granting licenses to operate in Saudi Arabia. It further contributes to developing and advancing the insurance sector and enhancing its competitiveness by improving the quality and availability of insurance services.
The Insurance Authority recognizes the critical role of brokers in advancing key sector objectives, including raising insurance awareness, diversifying product and service distribution channels, improving customer experience, and facilitating and expediting the claims process. Licensing such activities aims to improve access to insurance services and enable individuals and businesses to make informed decisions when selecting suitable coverages and pricing options that align with their risk profiles, an effort that supports the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
